Of Your Daily Crumb
Just a quick post for now. Don’t worry, I have a longer post coming very soon.
You all know I have a cookie weakness, and Your Daily Crumb is my favorite supplier! They upgraded to a larger shed this week and I LOVE it!
I should have taken a picture of the inside as well but I was too distracted by all of the cookie options. This week Chuck, Reagan, and I tried the following flavors:
Almond Joy
Monster
Lava-Filled Chocolate Chip
Caramel Apple Pie Cookie
The first cookie I taste tested was the Caramel Apple Cookie, and it did not disappoint. It is really like eating a slice of apple pie. Next time I may warm it up a bit and if I’m feeling particularly naughty, I’ll set it on top of some ice cream! Mmmmm……
I saved my Monster Cookie for a little Monster Monday pick-me-up. It has peanut butter (protein) in it, so I did not feel the slightest guilt eating it for breakfast!
Chuck and I split the Lava-Filled Chocolate Chip Cookie. I think we both agree that next time WE WILL NOT BE SPLITTING this cookie!!! It is by far my favorite cookie on the Your Daily Crumb roster, and that’s saying something because the Dubai Cookie is AWESOME! It has the traditional chocolate chip flavor and texture but an added pouch of dreamy, creamy chocolate in the center. It was amazing!!
Reagan tried the Almond Joy Cookie. When asked how it was, he replied, “It was very good.” This is high praise from him. Usually, his response is just “good.” He’s a man of few words.
In addition to baked goodies Your Daily Crumb sells a few trinkets. I purchased a couple of Labubus (maybe Lafufus) to decorate my bags like all of the other trendsetters out there :)
Don’t know what a Labubu is? Don’t feel bad, I didn’t know either until a few weeks ago. Here’s some pics and a video for you:
