Keeping it real…..

Molly is home for the night. I planned a baked cod dinner. I added white wine, chicken broth, lemon, a little butter, garlic, and dill.

It smelled delicious!

It was almost done but I wanted to get it a little crispy, so I cranked the heat, and pulled the glass 9×13 pan from the oven to pour out some of the liquid. Do you see where this is going?

Yep. The glass dish exploded all over the kitchen… and partially on me. Don’t worry I wasn’t hurt.

Anyway, Molly didn’t get a home cooked meal but she DID learn a valuable lesson. Use a metal pan!!!
